All purchases made between 1st November & 31st December may be exchanged for replacement items or credit vouchers up to 31st January 2025.
The recipient of the gift may arrange their own exchange or have credit vouchers issued in their own name, however, we do require the name and address of the original purchaser in order to accept gift exchanges or the issue of vouchers to the gift’s recipient.
Presents may be returned for exchange or vouchers issued to the same value to be used against any purchase on our site (valid 12 months).
Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser.
All our other standard terms and conditions apply – in particular: Items returned for refund, credit or exchange must be unworn and be returned with all tags still attached.
Please ensure you retain a proof of posting and that your goods reach us by 31st January 2025.

For Postal Deliveries, we suggest ordering by the end of November. Official Posting Dates are later, but based on previous experience, please allow as much time as possible, especially to the EU.
For Courier Deliveries, we suggest ordering by 12th December to ensure timely delivery
If you really have left matters to the last minute, please telephone us and ask what we can do – we’re here to help and will do whatever we can, but can’t make any guarantees.
Bad weather and the seasonal pressure on delivery services should be considered for time sensitive purchases.
Orders placed from 18th to 22nd December will be dispatched as quickly as possible, but may not be delivered before Christmas (even choosing Expedited Delivery).
Our final pre-Christmas shipments will leave on 22nd December and our warehouse will then close until 3rd January 2024.
Please Note: Delivery Guarantees are limited to those given by Royal Mail for the Special Delivery by 1pm Service. These can be suspended due to adverse weather. Applies to UK including Northern Ireland, Jersey & Guernsey.
