If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange or refund if they are returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging with labels and tags still attached.

Please package your items carefully. A re-processing fee may be applied if items are returned in a poor condition.

Customers in the UK

Personal Customers in the UK selecting Tracked 24 or Special Delivery options on their order may take advantage of our FREE RETURNS via Royal Mail. 

Please contact us by email or on 020 3371 7716 to request a pre-paid postage returns label.  

Please Note:  Customers opting for Free Delivery for their order are responsible for the cost of returns postage.  A charge of £3.59 will be deducted from your refund.

Commercial Customers: Wardrobe Departments and Stylists working for film, tv, theatre and photographers must contact us BEFORE placing their orders.  Returns will not be accepted or refunded unless pre-authorised prior to orders being placed.

If you prefer to have the parcel picked up from your home or office, this service is available (UK Mainland only) at a cost of £3.95. We can take payment over the phone when you call to arrange this or deduct the fee from any refund.

Our normal returns period is 30 days from the date of delivery, and any returned items must be received by us within this time. Please allow sufficient time for carriage. On receipt, we will process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. We will contact you with an estimated delivery time of replacement goods if they are not immediately available. We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receipt of your return.

If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order.

Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return (except in the case of order cancellations/withdrawals – please see Distance Selling paragraph below), however, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery.

If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us.

Customers Outside the UK

Send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method, with Customs Form CN22 stating “Returned Goods”. Failure to correctly complete the CN22 may mean additional duties and clearance charges are deducted from your refund.

We cannot refund international carriage charges or duties already paid, however, EU customers will be refunded VAT.

Returning Goods Bought as Special Offers

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example ‘buy 4 for £100.00’) you will be refunded the discounted value of that item. In this example, the refund would amount to £25.

Faulty Goods

Good that are faulty on delivery should be returned within 30 days. A replacement will be sent as quickly as possible. If faults become apparent only after wearing or use, please contact us to discuss an appropriate solution: In some instances, goods are covered by the terms of the manufacturers warranty.

Distance/On-Line Selling Regulations

Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK/EU’s Distance Selling Regulations. In addition to our terms above, you are entitled to withdraw from the sales contract and return the goods within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund, including the cost of delivery.

Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you or state on our returns form that you wish to cancel your order. Your refund will be paid within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition and have the original tickets and packaging.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
