I have bought this as a surprise Christmas present for my husband. It arrived quickly and nicely presented. I have not unwrapped it so cannot give any more details until after Christmas but I am hoping he will love it. Thank you.

The kimono is excellent – nice material, and it looks just like the online picture. But what is even better, is the personal service. I realised that although I had ordered the kimono in early December for a Christmas gift, it had still not arrived by the 19th December. I rang early, expecting to get the usual recorded message about the lines being very busy and how long I would have to wait to speak to someone. To my amazement, the phone was answered almost immediately, and a very helpful person immediately identified my order from my surname, told me that it had been stuck in a sorting office, was now at Swindon and should be with me within a few days. It arrived the safely next day! What a pleasure to deal with a human being rather than an automated system!
Gorgeous Kimono, delicate wrapping, speedy delivery. It made the perfect present for my partner. He loves it!
