This genuine yakuta kimono has a grey and gold abstract cloud design on a black background. Printed on a plain weave cotton the robe is suitable for wear throughout the year. The classic kimono cut has a deep sleeve with an 18″ wide cuff. The body is 52″ wide and the cuff to cuff length across the shoulders is 56″. The robe has pockets cleverly incorporated inside the sleeve cuffs.
This kimono is a traditional ankle length robe, measuring 58″/147cm from neck to hem. Delivered with 184cm/72″ long, narrow tie-belt (koshihimo). As is customary with this type of robe, there are no belt loops.

This is a really great kimono. It�s a beautiful design and both the material and the stitching are of excellent quality. It�s lovely to wear. I did lots of research into different options before I chose TD & H and I�m so pleased I did.
The garment arrived well packed and very quickly so we were pleased with that as it was intended as a birthday present. Upon opening and checking out the kimono it was clear that this was well made and a good quality.
Initially we couldn�t find the belt but then reading the instructions again it was actually sewn into one of the sleeves and was easy to find.
The recipient of the gift was really pleased indeed and loves the pattern.
I really recommend this company we will be looking at purchasing more kimonos and possibly gloves as well.
This kimono is a handsome garment. The Black Cloud is a fine pattern, not overdone. The only downside is that for me at 5′ 7″ it is a little long, so I have had it shortened 2″ or so. Also, although you say it is a one-size garment, the label states medium. However, from the wrap-round I get, I would say it is large. I would love a silk one but it is beyond my pocket at this time. Keep up the good work.
I bought this yukata one for my Husband and another still on its way for myself. The yukata is lovely and he likes it. All good.
