Inspired by the ever-changing sky, this Happi Coat features an abstract cloud motif drifting across a rich navy blue background. The design is subtle yet striking—ideal for anyone with an appreciation for weather, nature, or simply a good bit of atmosphere in their loungewear.
Crafted from lightweight plain-weave cotton, this mid-length robe offers breathable comfort year-round. Measuring 45″ (114cm) from neck to hem, it’s cut to fit most men from sizes S to XL, with a roomy 56″ underarm circumference and 55″ cuff-to-cuff span. It includes a narrow, double-length tie belt (koshihimo) for a traditional wrap closure.
As with all authentic Japanese robes, there are no belt loops—just a clean, effortless drape.

Only minor gripe is the ‘one size fits all’ philosophy – even simple ‘small’, ‘medium’ or ‘large’ selection choice would mean a definite 5 stars.
I bought this for my husband for his birthday and he loves wearing it. He has it on every morning and the material is such good quality with such a beautiful pattern. Colours are very flattering and elegant.
