Another best selling design available for large-size gentleman, Navy Bamboo and Dragon Sumo strikes a balance between a traditional Japanese theme and Western modernity. The vertical lines in this clever print depicting white dragons twisting between bamboo is incredibly flattering, creating the illusion of length, rather than width.
Measuring 150cm/59” from nape to hem, with a generous wrap of 160cm/62” at the waist, this ankle length, large-size yukata kimono makes the perfect dressing-gown robe for lounging at home or impressing on your travels.
Made from 100% lightweight cotton, the kimono is sensibly machine washable at low temperatures, has traditional yukata pockets within the 3/4 length sleeves and is delivered with a matching 206cm narrow (koshihimo) belt; as is customary with this type of robe, there are no belt loops.
For an authentic Japanese look, add a slightly wider red or navy Obi sash belt at 280cm in length here.

At last, a summer weight pure cotton robe that fits my generously proportioned husband.
Nice crisp cotton, a good generous wrap over and the length is ideal for my 6ft 2in partner who always complains that robes only come down to above his ankles. Even he is happy with this, and that is quite something!
